2. CAN I RESERVE A UNIT?
  • IN ORDER TO HAVE A UNIT WITH US YOU MUST START RENTING THE UNIT. WE DO NOT HOLD UNITS OR HAVE RESERVATIONS.
3. CAN I RENT A UNIT IN THE FUTURE?
  • YOU CAN CHOOSE TO START BEING CHARGED FOR RENT ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS:
  1. THE DAY THAT YOU VIST OUR WEBSITE,
  2. THE NEXT DAY,
  3. OR THE 3RD DAY INTO THE FUTURE.
  • FOR CLARITY YOU CANNOT RENT A UNIT PAST THE 3RD DAY INTO THE FUTURE.
  • (AS A REMINDER WE DO NOT HOLD OR HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR UNITS)
4. WHEN WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY UNIT?
  • AFTER 24 HOURS OF THE TIME YOUR RENTAL PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
5. WHEN IS MY RENTAL PROCESS COMPLETE?
  1. WHEN YOU HAVE FOLLOWED ALL CHECK IN PROCEDURES ONLINE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  2. SIGN YOUR LEASE,
  3. PAY FOR THE 1ST MONTHS RENT (OFTEN PRO-RATED), AND THE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT,
  4. MAKE SURE YOUR CARD IS SET UP ON AUTO DRAFT!

6. HOW DO I GET MY FREE LOCK?
  • YOUR LOCK WILL BE INSIDE YOUR UNIT WAITING FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

7. HOW DO I MOVE OUT OF MY UNIT AND STOP BEING CHARGED? A) TAKE ALL ITEMS OUT OF THE STORAGE UNIT (DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS OR TRASH IN OUR COMPOUND) B) LEAVE RENTED PALLETS INSIDE THE UNIT. C) TAKE YOUR LOCK OFF THE DOOR AND KEEP IT. YOU OWN THE LOCK. PLEASE DO NOT TURN THIS LOCK BACK INTO THE OFFICE. D) SHOULD AN EMPTY UNIT BE RE-LOCKED---THE UNIT IS STILL BEING RENTED. THE UNIT HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY VACATED. THE LEASE AND UNIT RENTAL IS STILL ACTIVE.
